A White Paper on “Cross-border resilience of critical transport infrastructure in Ukraine and impact on the economy and society” has been published, including the facts and opinions expressed during the TwinForHope capacity building workshop, organised by the University of Birmingham and their counterparts to support Ukraine’s Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. The workshoptook place in Warsaw, Poland on 28 July 2023.
