The University of Birmingham hosted an online academic roundtable, to strengthen UK – Ukraine collaboration in sustainable infrastructure. Ukrainian universities shared research priorities and collaboration goals, while the University of Birmingham highlighted joint project opportunities. The session closed with discussion on synergies and funding avenues, including Horizon Europe.
The event brought together representatives from several Ukrainian higher education institutions, including:
- Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University (KhNAHU)
- Lviv Polytechnic National University
- Ivan Franko National University of Lviv
Participants shared overviews of their respective institutions and highlighted key areas for potential cooperation, particularly in the context of post-crisis recovery and sustainable infrastructure development.
