A HORIZON-MSCA-SE project REvolve is under evaluation, on the prioritisation of Ukraine’s reconstruction based on the principles of Sustainability, Climate resilience, Financial and Societal benefits and participatory decision making. 50% of this funding will be on capacity building and training.
