On 29 of October Stergios-Aristoteles Mitoulis represented Empower Ukraine and The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, UCL at the 4th Annual Ukrainian Infrastructure Forum in London, on the session “Opportunities for Private Sector Involvement in Major Infrastructure Projects.”
He joined the panel to discuss how the private sector and academia can accelerate Ukraine’s reconstruction through investment, partnerships, and skills development.
